Bhopal Development Authority invites applications from unreserved/general category for the allotment of freehold residential plots in BDA Bhopal Aerocity Freehold Plot Scheme 2017 at Laxmi Narayan Sharma Yojana. And the registration for the sale of Plots are being invited through both online and offline mode of registration.
Under the scheme, total 249 residential plots are being offered which are available in three different sizes varies from 600 square feet to 2324.16 square feet. And the estimated cost of these plots ranges in between Rs. 10,62,000/- to Rs. 41,13,763/-.

How to Apply:
Interested one can apply for the scheme through both online and offline mode of registration. Registrations has been started from 6 April and the last date of submitting application form is 25 April 2017.
For online registration you can visit the official website of BDA Bhopal at www.bda.org.in and the payment to be made through e-transaction. And the rest of the payment should be made through DD or Banker Cheque, no cash deposit will be accepted.
The cost of application form is Rs. 500/- can be obtained from authority head office at Pragati Bhawan and the filled form to be submitted along with registration amount in for form of DD in favor of Bhopal Development Authority, Bhopal. And in case of online application, the applicant will have to deposit only Rs. 250/- along with registration amount.
