Allahabad Development Authority invites application from the general public for the allotment of multi-storey flats in different housing schemes. This time the authority invites applications for two schemes.
In this first offer, the authority has offering 47 mutli-storey flats for all segment of the society. These housing units are available in four different housing schemes including Alaknanda Apartments, Sugam Vihar, Devine Apartments Trivanipuram Awas yojna and Manas Vihar Awas Yojna Naini. These housing schemes are comprised of 2BHK, 3BHK and Saral Flats.

The registration for the above scheme has been started from today 3 October 2015 and the last date of application submission is 17 October 2015. And the draw for the above flats will hold on 20 October 2015.
Besides, the ADA authority has also inviting application for the allotment of 224 multi-storey flats in Vasudha Vihar Housing Scheme and Mousam Vihar Apartments Kalindipuram Awas yojna. Of total, larger number of units are available in Mousam Vihar Apartments which comprised of 4 type of flats including 3BHK-Sharad, 2BHK-Shishir, 2BHK-Hemant and 2BHK-Basant while in Vasudha Vihar only two type of flats are available including Gagan and Pawan.

Registration of these flats has also been started from today 3 October 2015 till 31 December 2015. The registration of flats will be done in two phases. The first phase registration has been started from today 3 October to 17 October 2015 and draw for the received application will hold on 18 October 2015 and the second phase registration will be started from the next day of closing of first phase registration from 18 October 2015 to 2 November 2015 and the draw result for the received application will hold on 5 November 2015 at 12:30 PM.
