Bhopal Development Authority launched new affordable housing scheme at Shahid Bhagat Singh Nagar, Bhopal. The board has offering total 170 units of 1BHK and 2BHK type under this residential housing scheme. Shahid Bhagat Singh Nagar housing scheme has been launched along with Gharonda Barrai Awasiya Yojna and both the scheme comprising 1BHK and 2BHK flats.
Out of total, 40 units of 1BHK type and rest 130 units of 2BHK type are available under the scheme. The estimated area of 1BHK flats is about 35.72 square meter while the area of 2BHK unit is about 50.96 square meter.

There are total four floor out of which ground floor comprises of 7 units of 1BHK and 19 units of 2BHK, 1st floor comprises 8 units of 1BHK & 25 units of 2BHK, 2nd floor comprises 11 units of 1BHK & 28 units of 2BHK and 3rd floor has 14 units of 1BHK and 58 units of 2BHK flats.
The 1BHK flats are available at the tentative cost starts from Rs 5,08,000/- to Rs 5,32,000/- while the tentative cost of 2BHK is starts from Rs 10,23,000/- to Rs 11,12,000/-.
How to Apply: The authority has offering both online and offline registration modes. For offline registration: Application Form can be purchased from the head office of Bhopal Development Authority by paying Rs. 200/- for 1BHK and Rs. 400/- for 2BHK flats. For Online Registration: Application From can be downloaded using the official website of BDA Bhopal by paying Rs 100/- for 1BHK and Rs 200/- for 2BHK through e-transaction.
Offline applicants have to submit their application form along with documents required at Bhopal Development Authority, Pragati Bhawan, Press Complex, M.P Nagar and the registration amount can be submit through bank draft in favor of Bhopal Development Authority. Applicants applying online must submit their registration amount through online payment mode and no Cheque Demand Draft and Cash will be accepted.
