Applications for flats in the scheme has been started from 1 September 2016 and the last date of applications submission is 31 March 2016.
The Mausam Vihar housing scheme 2016 comprises of 2BHK and 3BHK flats in Sharad, Shishir, Hemant and Basant building. Of total, 138 units are 2BHK and remaining 7 units are 3BHK type and the size of 3BHK flats in around 127.84 square meter.

How to Apply:
The registration for the scheme has been started from 1 September 2016 and applicants download the application form from from the official website of ADA Allahabad and it can obtained from Customer Care Office of Authority at Indira Bhawan Seventh Floor by paying Rs. 300/-. Dully filled application form to be submitted along the 10% registration amount. The complete details of registration and application is available in the application booklet.
Note: Allotment of these flats will be done on Fist Come First Serve Basis and lottery program for the applications which will be received from Date 3 to Date 17 will be conducted on 20 date and the application which will be recieved from Date 18 to Date 2 will be held on Date 5. The draw venue for the same is Indira Bhawan Civil Lines Allahabad.
