Meerut Development Authority is inviting applications for allotment of 397 flats/plots under 4 different housing schemes at different locations. On the occasion of 69th Independence Day of India, MDA has come up with 4 new housing schemes at different location of Meerut.
Under the new housing schemes, MDA Meerut is offering 35 EWS residential plots at Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Nagar, 12 LIF flats at Ganga Nagar Yojna, 69 flats for MIG category at Rakshapuram Phase I and 281 flats at Airport Enclave in Shatabdi Nagar.
The start date of applications is 18 August 2015 and the last date of registrations is 18 September. Below are the details of the 4 new housing schemes 2015 of Meerut Development Authority.
Airport Enclave Sector 10, Shatabdi Nagar
MDA is offering a total of 281 flats in Airport Enclave housing scheme at the cost ranging between Rs. 21 lakhs to Rs. 23 lakhs. Applications are being invited through offline modes through designate bank branches.
Rakshpuram Phase I, Sector 3 Rakshgreen Yojna
The authority offers 69 MIG flats in Rakshapram Phase One scheme in sector 3 under Rakshagreen Yojna. The cost of the flats in this scheme is 29.50 lakh with an estimated area of 71.88 Square Meters. The flats are in Stilt+4 buildings.
Ganga Nagar Yojna (4 Storey Flats)
Under the Ganga Nagar Yojna, there are only 12 flats for LIG category being offered by the authority. The cost of these flats is 11.06 lakhs and the estimated area of the flats is 39.75 sq.mt. The candidates with annual income between Rs. 1 Lakh to 2 Lakh are eligible for the scheme. The scheme brochure can be purchased from the designate bank branches listed below ate the cost of Rs. 200/-.
Ram Manohar Lohia Housing Scheme
Under this scheme, 35 plots for economically weaker section are being offered by MDA at the rate of Rs. 10,600/- per square meter. The size of the plots is 36 Square Meters and the total cost of the plot is Rs. 3.82 lakhs only.
The income eligibility for EWS is Rs 1,00,000/- annually and the same should lie between Rs 1,00,000/- to Rs 2,00,000/- for LIG category.

Loan facility is available from HDFC bank for the schemes based on the eligibility criteria of the applicant.
