The affordable homes comes with the benefit of Government not charging some certain charges from the consumers such as EDC and IDC and thus making the homes affordable than the private market.
The schemes are being offered in compliance with the affordable housing policy 2013 of Haryana Government and aimed to cater the needs of people looking for affordable homes.

The 2 housing schemes Krishna affordable housing scheme By Raheja Developers and Sports Ville by HSBC are in Gurgaon while the third scheme named as Palm Homes in association with SRS developers is located in Palwal.
