Dumra Nagar Panchayat has approved 141 houses under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (Urban). Dumra is place located in district Sitamari, Bihar. Of 141, 52 beneficiaries have started the construction work under PM Awas Yojana.
Construction of houses under PM Awas Yojana Urban in the area is on its fast tract. The scheme is providing a relaxation to the people who are getting benefits of the scheme.
Nagar Panchayat Dumra directed to the construct 141 houses under the scheme of which 52 are under construction. After giving them a first instalment under PM Awas Yojana, the government provided second instalment to 20 beneficiaries of them.
The officer informed that a work is on progress to provide third instalment for constructing houses, to the selected 6 of 52 beneficiaries.
During the survey for newly constructed houses in Ward No-9, the officer informed that the Nagar Panchayat has directed for the 141 houses in the area, of which 52 are on progress. And the remaining houses are in the queue of startup.
The work in process for providing a third instalment to ward resident Shankar Choudhary, Hari Sharma and Raju Sharma resident of Ward no-10, Sanjay Kumar Jha, Shankar Prashad and Purushottam Kumar resident of Ward no-10.
