10,000 Surrendered Flats of DDA Housing Scheme 2014 on Sale in March 2016

DDA Upcoming Housing Scheme: As we all know, about 9,000 flats have been surrendered by the allottees of DDA Housing Scheme 2014. The Authority (Delhi Development Authority) will put up these flats for sale in March 2016. As per the reports of media, about 10,000 flats would be rolled out on sale out of which most are 1BHK.

The applications for flats in DDA Housing Scheme 2014 were rolled out on 1st September in 2014 and the authority got overwhelming response from the applicants.

DDA had invited applications from Economical Weaker Section, Lower Income Group, Medium Income Group and Higher Income Group of the society for the allotment of 25,034 flats in the 2014 scheme. Under the scheme, EWS, LIG, MIG, HIG, Janta Flats and 1BHK were available in the price range of Rs. 7 lakh to 1.2 crore.

DDA is listing all the flats which have been returned by the 2014 winners and are ready for allotment. Over 9000 flats have been returned by the allottees just because of the small sizes of rooms. According to the source, these flats would be available on sale in March.

Apart from this, it is sourced by the media that the new housing scheme of DDA will be launched in the last month of 2016 with around 60,000 flats and it would be the biggest ever housing scheme by DDA.
